We believe in data minimization.

• Viewers: We do not require account creation or personal details (name, email, phone) to view public boards. Usage data (which boards you view) is stored locally on your device via IndexedDB.
• Publishers: We collect your WhatsApp ID (WABA ID) to link you to your boards and enable you to post updates securely. We do not store your chat history beyond the commands sent to our bot.
• Device Identifiers: To deliver real-time notifications, we collect an anonymous Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token. This token is not linked to your personal identity and is used solely to route updates to your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data strictly to:

• Deliver notice board updates and real-time alerts (push notifications) to viewers.
• Authenticate publishers via WhatsApp Webhooks.
• Maintain service performance and security.

4. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to deliver push notifications. When you allow notifications, your device sends an anonymous token to our servers so we can send you updates. You can opt-out of notifications at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is yours. We use standard industry services like Google Firebase solely for the technical delivery of notifications.
